Step 1Register your interest
Your name, email and the trades you work in. About a minute, and no account needed yet.
Step 2Complete verification
Provide your insurance and ABN, plus your licence or qualification where your trade requires one. We verify them before any job request reaches you.
Step 3Receive job requests
The scope, the schedule and your payout. Accept or decline within 24 hours.
Step 4Complete the work and get paid
Start in the app and submit your photos. Karua pays you once the customer has approved the completed work.

Every contractor is reviewed by our team before any job can be sent to them. It is why customers agree a price before they have met you.

We verify your certificate of currency, your ABN, and your licence or qualification where your trade requires one before any job request can be sent to you. Jobs are only ever dispatched to contractors who have completed that step.
Please keep your insurance current while you take work through Karua, and your licence too if your trade requires one, and notify us if either lapses.
