Will the price change after I book?

Your clear price covers the scope we agree up front: the work, assumptions, and exclusions set out in your job details. That is the price you pay for that scope. If what is needed turns out to be materially different once the contractor is on site, Karua reprices it and nothing proceeds without your approval. T&Cs apply.

What if I'm not home?

Someone over 18 needs to be there to let the contractor in, or the contractor can collect a key from you or your property manager in person and return it in person after the job. Karua never takes access codes, and keys are never left hidden. Save an on-site contact and access notes (parking, stairs, pets) with your property, and we pass them to the contractor assigned to your job. You will be notified when they are on the way, and if your plans change, get in touch and we will sort the timing before anyone sets out.

How do I know the price is fair?

The same job gets the same price. Karua prices it from our own rates for that type of work, before we know who will do it, and the contractor either accepts the job at that price or declines it. You see the full scope and the price in writing first, and if it is not for you, you can walk away at no cost.

Which areas do you cover?

Karua currently covers Sydney's eastern and inner suburbs, and is growing. Enter your address when you book and we will confirm we cover you before any payment is taken.

What if something isn't right?

Within 90 days, tell us. We take it up with the contractor and arrange for it to be fixed at no cost to you, or a refund. You never have to chase anyone.
